The Director will develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan to establish and grow a pediatric palliative and hospice care program. They will provide direct clinical care, coordinate services, and lead community engagement to ensure equitable access to care.
Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Virginia with at least ten years of progressive pediatric healthcare experience. Advanced hospice and palliative nursing certification is strongly preferred, along with demonstrated success in service line growth and budget management.
