The Senior Accountant provides leadership to the Administration department by managing accounting functions, including reconciliations, payroll, and audit preparation. They coordinate work with accounting consultants and interns while monitoring grants and preparing financial reports.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting and 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a non-profit setting. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required, and experience with Sage Intacct, Ramp, and ADP is preferred.
