The Physical Therapy Assistant will provide in-home physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve patient mobility and function. They are responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must be able to travel throughout the service area and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist patients with transfers and mobility activities.

Physical Therapy Assistant will provide services for curative, rehabilitative, and/or preventive purposes. PTA will also provide Physical Therapy services for patients assisting in the treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
