Responsibilities:
Manage and install network technologies such as routers, switches, database servers and related technologies to rehearse operational activity.
Train colleagues and mission partners on operational methodology, tool development, equipment functionality, and technical/operational deconfliction.
Obtain operational infrastructure for use as intermediate operational launch platforms.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Computer Engineering), with a minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in a relevant technical field to the position
Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with polygraph.
Government certification or equivalent
Understanding Mobile technologies and implementations
Ability to evaluate and articulate technical risk
Understanding of computer networking architecture
Understanding the basic internet functionality, ISPs and network traffic
Possess system administration level knowledge of operating systems (i.e., Window, Unix, Linux, Mac OS, Mobile OS’s etc.)
Ability to convey technical and non-technical information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing
Ability to apply analytical thinking to decision-making and problem solving
Understanding of fundamental technical network analysis
Familiarity with commonly used large-scale service components (webservers, databases, load balancers, caching servers, storage cluster, etc.)
