The packer is responsible for inspecting, trimming, and packing containers on production lines while monitoring for quality defects. They must also manage auxiliary equipment, maintain a clean workspace, and handle waste disposal tasks like emptying reject bins and operating the compactor.
The position requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as operating production machinery and maintaining safety standards. Candidates must be able to read job pick lists and accurately complete production documentation.
