The Program Manager coordinates all aspects of medical training and simulation programs, serving as the primary government point of contact. Responsibilities include supervising instructor personnel, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and Army medical doctrine.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of program management experience supporting military contracts. Prior experience as a 68W Combat Medic or 18D and deep knowledge of TCCC guidelines are required.

Position Overview:
The MTSC (Medical Simulation Training Center) MIOSS Program Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the medical training and simulation programs. The program manager serves as the primary point of contact between the government to ensure that contractual requirements are met in support of the program. This position is contingent upon contract award.
