Leads safety, health, and environmental programs across Northwest region Power operations to ensure regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture. Partners with operational leadership and project teams to manage risk, conduct safety observations, and lead incident investigations.
Requires 5+ years of construction safety experience and preferably a bachelor's degree in occupational safety or a related field. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience with VPP or similar safety management systems is preferred.
The Regional Safety Manager leads safety, health, and environmental programs across Power operations in the Northwest region, including Colorado, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and other assigned locations. This role partners with operations leaders, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, support project planning and execution, strengthen Power's safety culture, and serve as a strategic safety advisor to operational leadership.
CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, OSHA 500/510, OSHA 30-Hour Construction, First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, and/or 40-Hour HAZWOPER.
Frequent, overnight regional travel to project sites and client locations
COMPENSATION DETAILS:
Salary Range: $125,000-$150,000
