The laboratory technician is responsible for performing scientific analysis, interpreting samples, and documenting results according to established methodologies and SOPs. They must also solve analysis problems and assist with various laboratory duties as directed by supervisors.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma and at least 8 credit hours of college-level science courses or 1 year of laboratory experience. Strong computer skills and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 lbs are required.
