Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of electrical ground support equipment (EGSE) racks and test enclosures. Establish technical standards for rack standardization and mentor mid-level engineers and technicians.
Requires a B.S. in Engineering and hands-on experience in EGSE or hardware engineering within aerospace or defense. Must be proficient in harness fabrication, electrical/mechanical design, and signal integrity for high-reliability systems.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of electrical ground support equipment across a program portfolio, setting the technical standard for how we build, scale, and sustain our test infrastructure. You will own rack and enclosure systems from concept through first article, drive standardization across the EGSE portfolio, and serve as a technical anchor for a growing team of engineers and technicians.
