The Sterile Prep Technician drives manufacturing reliability, product quality, and operational readiness within Empower’s hyper-growth 503A and 503B compounding environment by executing sterile preparation activities with precision, speed, and accountability. This role owns cleanroom preparation, material sterilization, equipment readiness, inventory coordination, and adherence to cGMP, ISO, and SOP requirements supporting scalable pharmaceutical production. Leveraging AI-enabled systems, digital workflows, and data-driven decision support, the technician improves throughput, accuracy, traceability, and issue resolution while sustaining audit readiness and patient safety standards. Success requires disciplined execution, rapid learning, proactive problem solving, and continuous improvement in highly regulated operations where operational excellence, adaptability, collaboration, and quality-focused decision-making directly influence manufacturing performance, compliance outcomes, and customer trust while supporting evolving production demands, workforce scalability, and enterprise growth priorities across operations sites.
