The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages customer payments, processes incoming funds, and ensures accurate financial recordkeeping in compliance with GAAP. They are responsible for monitoring balances, performing aging reviews, and assisting with monthly financial closing processes.
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and possess a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, specifically Oracle NetSuite, is highly preferred.
