Responsible for the planning and management of the quality laboratory at the Hangzhou plant, ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standards. This includes managing laboratory procedures, tasting panels, and coordinating with central functions and regulatory authorities.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related major with at least 5 years of experience in lab management and ISO 17025 certification management. Must possess strong chemical or micro analysis skills, team management experience, and fluency in both English and Chinese.

Safety:
You are required to be responsible for the safety management in the area of your own scope. Set up, implement and monitor safety management procedure in the responsible area. Follow up safety requirement from Company level and Government. Lead by example about safety practice. Cooperate with H&S Manager to improve the overall level of Safety in the Plant.

Food Safety and quality:
You are required to strictly respect of all the Law, of Ferrero internal guidelines, and of all voluntary and contractual standards and outlines requested by our client, and be responsible for setting up, implementing and monitoring the QMS and FSMS procedures in the area of your own scope, as well as cooperating with Food Safety Team to improve the overall level of Food Safety and Quality in the Plant.
