We are seeking a Labware Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, and organization of compounding equipment and workspaces that contribute to the creation of high-quality medications for animals. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help ensure product quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency.

How You'll Make an Impact
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for compounding equipment, glassware, reusable supplies, containers, and small-scale equipment.
Ensure proper storage, organization, and care of compounding equipment and supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and report supply needs to maintain operational efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness of the compounding department, including floors, countertops, furniture, eyewash stations, chemical storage areas, and other workspaces.
Distribute equipment, devices, and supplies to compounding staff as needed.
Coordinate scheduled servicing, repairs, and replacement of equipment when necessary.
Ensure all equipment and work areas are properly cleaned and functioning to help eliminate product contamination risks.
