The CRA II is responsible for monitoring clinical trials to ensure protocol and GCP compliance through site visits and source document verification. They serve as the primary contact for investigational sites and provide essential training and support to site staff.
Candidates must hold a Life Sciences degree or related health profession certification and possess a thorough understanding of ICH GCP guidelines. Fluency in both Romanian and English is required, along with knowledge of clinical trial monitoring procedures.
