The R&D Engineer is responsible for leading product development from ideation to production feasibility, focusing on innovative design and technical problem-solving. Key duties include managing risk, executing research programs, and coordinating with suppliers for component qualification.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with experience in automotive plastics production or assembly. Proficiency in CAD, technical writing, and knowledge of injection moulding are required.
Main purpose of the job:
To follow the Product Development to implement R&D projects from the Ideation Phase to Production Feasible. Understanding Market Trends, Consumer Direction and Legislative Requirements to ensure that Artifex is able to continue advanced development meeting future requirements.
