Prozesse gestalten: Sie übernehmen die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitshygiene-Prozesse sowie unseres modernen Labors.
Teams inspirieren: Sie führen und fördern ein kompetentes Team von 3 Spezialist:innen der Arbeitshygiene sowie 6 engagierten Labor-Mitarbeitenden.
Kompetent beraten: Sie stehen unseren Betrieben als geschätzte:r Expert:in bei Projekten, Produkt- und Technologietransfers beratend zur Seite.
Risiken minimieren: Sie erkennen und beurteilen proaktiv gesundheitliche Risiken und begleiten arbeitshygienische Messkampagnen und Risikoanalysen.
Wissen teilen: Sie konzipieren Schulungen sowie Fachvorträge und bauen die interne Expertise kontinuierlich aus.

Folgende Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:
Fachlicher Hintergrund: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Chemie (Master / PhD) oder eine vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Qualifikation.
Zusatzqualifikation: Ausbildung als Spezialist:in der Arbeitshygiene gemäss gesetzlicher Verordnung.
Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis in der Arbeitshygiene (idealerweise im Pharma-Umfeld) sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in HAS, Substanzklassifizierung, Containment und LIMS.
Führungskompetenz: Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams in einem wissenschaftlichen oder analytischen Umfeld.
Kommunikationsstärke: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein starkes Stakeholder-Management.
