JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position includes opportunity for academic productivity, trainee teaching, departmental leadership, and development of subspecialized interests including advanced MRI, spine imaging, and head and neck imaging.
This opening is a 100% neuroradiology position consisting of reading diagnostic neuroradiology and performing core neuroradiology procedures (lumbar puncture and myelography). The Division of Neuroradiology is currently staffed by more than 25 faculty who provide subspecialized diagnostic inpatient and outpatient clinical service across core Emory Healthcare sites (Emory University Hospital and Emory University Hospital Midtown) and Grady Memorial Hospital. In addition, there are strong intra- and interdepartmental clinical and research collaborations already in place. The position offers the opportunity to work with and train exceptional neuroradiology fellows (9 one-year fellow positions) and outstanding radiology residents (80 total radiology residents). The department has a strong commitment to faculty development and academic advancement.
