Combining business design, transformation, technology, and human-centered thinking, we help clients build organizations that are ready for the future of health.
As an Operating Model Consultant, you'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges and help HLS clients transform how their organizations operate. You'll contribute to high-profile transformations while developing expertise in health and life sciences operating design and business transformation. Our OpModel Consultants are responsible for:

Hybrid working: Our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site

Compensation: In compliance with Colorado’s, New York’s, Illinois’s, & Massachusetts's Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to Massachusetts, New York, and Illinois and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications. Salary Range: $115,800 - 121,900
