Oversee and coordinate the workload flow of the Convention Sales department, including managing meetings and client interactions. Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales contracts, proposals, and distributing sales reports.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in hotel sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with Delphi or Salesforce experience being a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Director of Group Sales
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 21 years of age.
EDUCATION LEVEL:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
LANGUAGE:
Effectively communicate with others both verbally and in written form using the English language.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years previous experience with administrative support, preferably in hotel sales and Delphi/Salesforce experience a plus
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office including, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power point.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, and move product up to 50 lbs.
Fine finger manipulation.
Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting, and noise levels.
Work may be performed indoors and outdoors during special events.
