The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily gym operations, including staff supervision, training, and performance monitoring. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality member experiences, managing facility assets, and driving new member sales and integration.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of management experience in a fitness or customer service environment. Proficiency in managing KPIs, labor control, and leading teams is required, along with the ability to obtain CPR/AED certification.
