The Member Services Representative manages the front desk, handles member check-ins, and promotes gym services and memberships. They are responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Candidates should preferably have at least one year of service-oriented experience and strong communication skills. A CPR/AED certification is required, which can be obtained within 30 days of hire.
