The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and exceeding goals while ensuring operational excellence and brand standards. They lead the recruitment, development, and coaching of a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Candidates need at least 2 years of retail management experience and must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred.

$55,900.00to
$76,900.00Vera Bradley’s compensation ranges are based on market data and comply with all local, state and federal regulations.
