Leads all aspects of commercial, industrial, and retail property portfolios, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities. Manages team performance, vendor contracts, tenant relations, and the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
Requires 3-5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must possess a Real Estate License where mandatory and demonstrate advanced knowledge of financial principles and property management software.
The Property Manager leads all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties and coordinates all marketing, operations, and financial activities per client and/or company requirements.
Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time; manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, phone, and other office equipment; eyesight that allows for reading a computer screen, phone screen, reports, etc.; hearing that allows for hearing/understanding spoken words; lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
