The Key Holder is responsible for daily store operations, including processing guest transactions, restocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness. They also work with the management team to meet sales targets and ensure exceptional guest service standards.
Candidates must have prior experience as a key holder or supervisor in a retail environment and possess strong merchandising skills. The role requires the ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and maintain flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Job Summary
As a Key Holder, you’ll be an integral part of our store’s day-to-day operations, working alongside the management team to create memorable moments for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service in a fun, dynamic environment. The Key Holder Associates are responsible for meeting company guest service standards in their interactions with all store guests; accurately and efficiently processing guest sales transactions; restocking merchandise; and completing other tasks as assigned by store management.
