Manage the end-to-end customer experience by initiating repair orders and serving as the link between customers and technicians. Responsibilities include verifying warranty coverage, providing accurate cost estimates, and maintaining detailed customer records.
Requires proven experience as a Service Writer or Advisor and a valid driver's license with a clean record. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a background as an automotive technician is considered a plus.

We’re home to some of the most iconic vehicles in the industry, and we’re looking for an experienced Service Writer who can hit the ground running and deliver the level of service our customers expect.
As a Service Writer, you'll take charge of the customer experience from start to finish—managing repair orders, setting accurate expectations, and serving as the critical link between the customer and the technician.
Initiate service and repair orders based on customer concerns and vehicle performance
Verify warranty and service contract coverage
Build accurate repair estimates including labor, parts, and deductibles
Communicate service needs clearly to both customers and technicians
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process—status, costs, and service timelines
Administer manufacturer warranties for eligible repairs
Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records
Promote current service specials and build long-term customer relationships
Proven experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor
Background as an automotive technician is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
