This role blends retail, customer service, and light food & beverage support, requiring strong multitasking skills and a positive, service-focused attitude.
Required availability includes Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with additional availability on weekends and holidays. Flexibility to support evolving business needs is also expected.
Provide warm, attentive service to all guests
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system (cash and card)
Assist guests with product selection and purchases
Restock merchandise and maintain proper inventory levels
Ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and visually appealing
Support light food and beverage service as needed
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in retail, customer service, food & beverage is a plus
Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Comfort with standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks (stocking, organizing)
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and assist where needed
Guest-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor
