The Sales Associate manages e-commerce leads and in-person interactions to guide customers through the vehicle purchase process in a no-haggle environment. They are responsible for closing deals, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring long-term customer loyalty through post-purchase follow-ups.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, along with a drive to achieve targeted goals.

Our e-Commerce Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure customer satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
High school diploma or equivalent

Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
Prior sales experience, retail preferred
Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
