The successful candidate will implement marketing initiatives, ensure high conversion rates from leads to sales, and foster strong client relationships while maintaining a compliant and safe work environment. A minimum of 3-5 years in automotive sales management and strong interpersonal skills are essential for achieving both financial results and team development goals.
