The Loan Officer is responsible for verifying, compiling, and inputting mortgage application data while advising clients on various home loan options. They must also act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure a smooth business flow.
Candidates must hold a current, valid NMLS license and possess two to five years of relevant experience. Additionally, applicants must meet specific production or training benchmarks, such as funding more than two loans per month or completing Xinnex training.
