The Seasonal Sales Associate drives store sales goals by delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a high-performing team environment. They are responsible for product replenishment, visual merchandising, and educating guests on the ALO brand mission.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment and a passion for customer service. The role requires the physical ability to move, lift up to 50 pounds, and work during the holiday blackout period.

OBJECTIVE
SEASONAL SCHEDULE
Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 20 hours per week, based on the needs of the business, for a shift minimum of 4 hours. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (January 22nd).
