The shift supervisor leads store operations by directing team members and ensuring high standards for food and beverage preparation. They are responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment, managing cash, and ensuring store safety and security.
Candidates must have at least six months of experience in customer-facing roles and six months of experience coordinating or delegating tasks to other employees. Applicants must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
