The baker is responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, cookies, and pastries while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves interacting with customers and ensuring that display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Candidates should have a passion for baking and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires the ability to work with various kitchen equipment and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
As a Baker, no one day is ever the same. Our Bakers also have the secret ingredient for talking to their customers and take pride in what they are baking, making, and decorating. You will work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to bake products that meet the highest quality, freshness, and safety standards. When you aren’t rising to the occasion for our customers, you’re helping ensure our display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
