Manage the day-to-day operations of a DashMart distribution center, including leading a team of shift leads and associates. Responsible for maintaining quality metrics, managing labor budgets, and executing process improvement projects to increase efficiency.
Requires 3+ years of leadership experience in high-volume operations such as retail, logistics, or hospitality. Candidates must be analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and possess a college degree or equivalent professional experience.
DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers household essentials and other items to their doorsteps with speed, reliability, and quality.
In this role, you’ll manage a 5-15k sq ft distribution center, the local warehouse operating team, and be responsible for ensuring we maintain high quality for our customers.
Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
