The Guest Service Specialist manages front-end hospitality, guest flow, and cash office operations to ensure a frictionless checkout experience. They lead the guest service team in maintaining store cleanliness and executing digital fulfillment orders according to brand standards.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations. A high school diploma and experience with inventory management technology or AI-enabled retail tools are preferred.

Are you known for your attention to detail and multitasking? Ready to take charge behind the scenes and keep our store moving at full speed? As the Guest Service Specialist, you will be the store’s front-end point person for hospitality, guest flow and cash operations. You lead by example by maintaining efficiency, merchandising front-end displays and ensuring consistent execution of cash office controls and audits making sure every guest leaves with an exceptional last impression. This role embodies passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational standards.
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
