The Operations Specialist coordinates the procurement, pricing, and delivery of fuel products while managing carrier relationships and order fulfillment. They are responsible for resolving service disputes, tracking inventory levels, and supporting business development through strong customer engagement.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for one year of experience in petroleum support or wholesale fuels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.

The Operations Specialist plays a key role in Cary Oil’s fuel operations, coordinating the procurement, pricing, and delivery of fuel and fuel products to business and industrial customers. This position partners with carriers, internal teams, and customers to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, priced competitively, and delivered on time, while building strong, lasting customer relationships that support business growth.
