The Warehouse Team Lead manages daily operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment and dispatch of customer orders. They supervise team members, monitor operational KPIs, and maintain high standards of quality and safety within the distribution centre.
Candidates need previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and progressive leadership experience in coaching and developing teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WMS, and the ability to perform physical tasks up to 25lbs are required.
Location: This is an on-site role at our Delta, BC Distribution Centre.

What You’ll Do
The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for ensuring timely fulfilment and dispatch of all daily customer orders. They will work collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure that the customers' requirements for speed and service are met.
This role requires a high level of autonomy with a key focus on raising any operational concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor as and when they arise.
