The Wood Department Manager is responsible for achieving sales budgets and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience through effective staff leadership and merchandising. They oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, performance reporting, and the training and development of store associates.
Candidates must have three to five years of retail management experience with a proven ability to direct operations in a high-volume environment. Proficiency in recruiting, training, and analytical reporting is required, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical Work – Ability exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
