The Team Lead provides daily direction to associates in the firearms department, focusing on merchandise presentation, inventory control, and customer service. They ensure strict compliance with ATF, state, and local laws while driving departmental sales and gross margin goals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 2 to 4 years of retail experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency in PC-based management systems and the ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds is required.
