Lead and execute leasing strategies across a national retail portfolio to maximize occupancy and drive Net Operating Income. Manage internal leasing teams and third-party brokers while collaborating with Asset Management and Investment teams on deal structuring and underwriting.
Requires 8-12+ years of sophisticated retail commercial real estate leasing experience, preferably within a PE firm or REIT. Must possess advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and a proven track record of closing deals with national retail tenants.

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Leasing, to lead and execute leasing strategies across the Company’s portfolio. Partnering closely with our Asset Management team, this role will drive portfolio value, maximize occupancy, and directly impact our bottom line. The annual salary range for this role is $225,000-$325,000 plus an annual performance based bonus
