The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and profitability by managing day-to-day operations, including payroll, inventory, and merchandising. They lead the store team and ensure a high-quality customer experience while maintaining compliance with alcohol sale laws.
Candidates should have 4-6 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a retail managerial role and a preferred bachelor's degree in business administration. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including weekends is required.
