The Assistant Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of their shift to increase store profitability and assist the Store Manager in general management functions. Key duties include overseeing customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, managing bookkeeping, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
Candidates must be willing to provide high-standard customer service and be open to promotion to Store Manager upon completion of training. The role requires flexibility to work evening shifts and the store manager's days off.

Job Purpose:
Th Assistant manager is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of their shift, within company policy, in such a manner as to ensure that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store and to assist the manager in management functions. An Assistant Manager must be willing to accept a promotion and assume the responsibilities of a store manager upon completion of training programs and as an opening is available. (The option to relocate when there is an opening is negotiable.)
