You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:
Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, sales, product) to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and prepare basic analysis reports
Maintain marketing materials library and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints
Support market research activities and competitor analysis
Help optimize marketing workflows and operational efficiency
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
About You
Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026/2027 (any major, marketing/business-related preferred)
Proficiency in English, and Chinese/Dutch is a must
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Basic understanding of marketing principles (coursework or internships are beneficial)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing tools is a bonus
Proactive attitude, quick learner, and able to work under pressure
