Responsibilities

The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth through outbound activity and strategic territory management. This includes leading discovery conversations, managing the end-to-end sales process, and maintaining an accurate pipeline forecast.

Candidates need 2-5 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably within SaaS, HR Tech, or digital marketing. Strong communication skills in English or Dutch and a self-motivated, proactive attitude are essential.

We are looking for an experienced New Business, Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to help us grow our business by tapping into potential client opportunities and generating new business.

Your mission is to  create and harvest opportunities with outbound activity. You will strategically target companies and prospective buyers to identify their goals, objectives, and pain points that will help you position our solutions. You are dedicated to meet and exceed your targets, and  will always act in the best interest of the client. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of sales  experience. Imagine being part of a fast growing company within the recruitment marketing software industry. Here’s your chance to make a real impact!

The right candidate will: 

  • Own the strategy and execution plan for your territory.
  • Lead thoughtful discovery conversations to understand customer priorities and align our solutions to their needs.
  • Communicate the VONQ value proposition in a way that’s relevant and practical for each customer.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process end to end, keeping close track of progress at each stage.
  • Create accurate forecasts and maintain transparent communication with management on pipeline status.

  • 2–5 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales professional in a B2B, consultative sales environment
  • Experience within SaaS, Work Tech, HR Tech, Recruitment Marketing Technology, digital marketing, or agency environments is preferred
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving scale-up
  • Strong customer empathy with the ability to translate needs into commercial solutions
  • Highly organized with solid time and pipeline management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Dutch
  • A strong drive to learn, grow, and develop in a technology-driven environment
  • A sense of urgency, ownership, and persistence
  • Extra points: Experience with recruitment marketing or AI-driven solutions is a strong plus, but not a requirement.
