O Gerente Distrital Specialty Care será responsável por liderar e desenvolver uma equipe de Consultores Técnicos da linha respiratória de Especialidades, garantindo a implementação de estratégias que otimizem a jornada dos pacientes e promovam o acesso aos tratamentos do portfólio em que atua. Utilizando sua expertise em liderança e conhecimento técnico, o Gerente Distrital atua para alinhar as estratégias de negócio com os objetivos organizacionais promovendo impacto positivo na jornada dos pacientes com foco na bioadoção no tratamento de alto custo.
Essa posição ficará baseada em São Paulo ou no Sul.
Suas Responsabilidades:

Liderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe de Consultores Técnicos, garantindo preparo para fornecer informações clínicas e técnicas de alta qualidade, além de promover um ambiente de colaboração, ética, aprendizagem contínua, coaching e mentoria;
Supervisionar e coordenar iniciativas que otimizem o acesso aos tratamentos, acompanhando a jornada do paciente desde o diagnóstico até a bioadoção;
Construir, fortalecer e manter relacionamentos estratégicos e sustentáveis com líderes de opinião e demais stakeholders da área da saúde;
Colaborar e engajar com equipes internas (Marketing, Acesso, Médica e Institucional), assegurando alinhamento estratégico e execução eficaz das iniciativas do negócio;
Monitorar indicadores, dados e resultados, gerando insights relevantes e ajustando os planos de negócio distritais para maximizar o impacto e o crescimento do portfólio;
Garantir que as estratégias de curto e médio prazo estejam alinhadas aos objetivos de bioadoção e crescimento do portfólio, por meio do desenvolvimento e da implementação de ações omnichannel.

CNH válida (Categoria B) e disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.
