Estamos buscando un(a) Representante de Ventas de Viajes altamente motivado(a) para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol, serás responsable de asistir a los clientes en la planificación y reserva de las vacaciones de sus sueños. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con nuestros equipos de ventas y marketing para garantizar que cada cliente reciba la mejor experiencia posible, de principio a fin.
Responsabilidades principales:
Comunicarte con los clientes por teléfono, correo electrónico y plataformas en línea para comprender sus preferencias y necesidades de viaje.
Utilizar tu conocimiento sobre destinos populares, tendencias de viaje y recursos de la industria para crear itinerarios personalizados.
Reservar vuelos, alojamientos, transporte y actividades de acuerdo con el presupuesto y las preferencias de cada cliente.
Brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional, respondiendo de manera oportuna a las consultas y resolviendo cualquier inconveniente que surja durante la planificación o el viaje.
