The Campaign Manager is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns while maintaining daily communication with clients. They collaborate with internal teams to ensure traffic quality, compliance, and effective budget management.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Ad Networks, SaaS, or digital agencies with a strong understanding of open-web advertising. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot is required, along with proven skills in campaign optimization and client management.

The position offers the chance to collaborate closely with Sales and Publisher Success teams, influence client strategy, identify upselling opportunities, and help clients maximize their performance through innovative advertising solutions.
What will you do:
Campaign Operations & Optimization: Setup campaigns, check tracking/pixels, A/B test creatives, and optimize KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, widget blacklisting)
Client Management & Upselling: Daily client communication, performance reporting, troubleshooting, and pitching budget scaling/GEO expansions
Internal Collaboration: Work with Sales (client onboarding), Compliance (ad approval), and Publisher teams (traffic quality check)
Billing & Budgeting: Monitor daily spend, manage top-ups, and coordinate monthly invoicing with Finance
