As a Sr. Analyst, Growth Marketing, you will be a key driver of our mission to be the most engaging off-price style destination. You will lead initiatives to drive top-line growth through New Member acquisition, specifically focusing on the strategy and execution of our Google Shopping and Paid Search channels.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring you to partner with Technology, Product, Creative, and Merchandising teams to deliver measurable results. You will gain deep exposure to the intersection of Ad Tech and retail while solving complex business problems in a fast-paced environment.
