The Sanitor is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and maintaining the facility according to the Master Cleaning Schedule. They must also ensure all daily documentation is completed accurately and comply with all food safety and sanitation policies.
Candidates must be able to work in wet, hot, or cold environments and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds. The role requires flexibility to work all three shifts and the ability to follow strict safety and food quality protocols.

When production is shutdown, the objective of this position is to perform Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS) cleaning responsibilities as dictated by the MCS and to ensure all required documentation is complete.
