The Maintenance Lead is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical production equipment while providing leadership to the maintenance team. Candidates must have 3-5 years of maintenance experience, including at least one year in a leadership role. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, along with proficiency in industrial machinery and basic computer systems, are required.

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical production equipment while providing day-to-day leadership and support to the maintenance team.
The Maintenance Lead serves as a key resource for maintenance personnel, production teams, and other departments to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe, productive work environment. This position may also assume supervisory responsibilities during the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor or during off-shift operations.
