The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a continental shift of hourly associates to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met. They monitor production assets, manage equipment and raw materials, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and crew engagement.
Candidates must have three to five years of supervisory experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational, analytical, and team-based skills are required for this role.
Reporting to the Production Superintendent, this position is responsible for providing supervisory excellence to a shift of continental hourly associates in achieving Safety, Quality and Production goals.
$99,144-$121,176 (inclusive of bonus opportunities)
